Brett Elmore

General Manager

Brett was born and raised in the radio business. The only son of longtime Walker High School play-by-play announcer Johnny Elmore, Brett has spent over ten years as a "broadcast professional" (we use that term loosely!)...

After a 4 year stint in Birmingham radio, Brett came home to start a family and pursue other local radio opportunities. He and his wife Shanna are proud parents of two little boys, Jonathan and Jacob.

Woody Wilson

Program Director

Woody is one of Walker Countys most recognizable voices. With over thirty years of local radio experience, Woody serves as the WJLX Program Director.

When he is not on the air, Woody enjoys going to church (Central Baptist), where his brother is Pastor. He also enjoys working in his studio, exercising and watching sports.

Barry Patilla

Barry is another recognizable voice on Walker County radio. With over 20 years of local radio experience, Barry is a lifelong resident of beautiful Cordova, AL!

His career includes a long stint as the morning man at WFFN and one half of the popular "Bill and Barry Show"
